With a diverse background that spans leadership, management, service coordination, community engagement, public hospital support service, and special education for children with disability, Parth brings a wealth of experience and deep empathy to our mission. His journey is defined by passion—shaped by his own lived experiences and a genuine understanding of the challenges faced by those living with disability.
Inspired by the caring legacy of his mother, a clinical nurse with 15+ years of experience, one of our founding members, Parth has dedicated himself to transforming the care experience. His thought leadership and innovative approach empower us to deliver support that not only meets complex needs but also enriches quality of life. By being in the same boat as our participants, Parth ensures that every service is crafted with heartfelt care and a commitment to helping individuals live as independently as possible.
